Fiddler’s Cove Community

Location: Bruce Township, Michigan

Stakeholders / Clients:  Black Forest Building Company – Tony Bellomo

Brief Description – Objective / Task:  Among many diverse facilities, development was focused on design a nontraditional retail – commercial ‘strip’ mall – other uses consisted of multi family residential housing, a small college, a senior care facility, a financial institution, a medical clinic and a funeral home all to be located adjacent to a cemetery!

Personal Involvement – Action: Project management related to conceptual planning and design, surveying and engineering. Design of landscape, site development

Results: Currently undeveloped – awaiting financing

CSD attribute: Preservation of historic, scenic and other qualities (consistent with those of adjacent small town of Romeo, MI)
