Middlebrook Hall Expansion

Stakeholders/Clients:  University of Minnesota – Twin Cities

Brief Description – Objective/Task:  Planning and design of addition to existing dormitory and enhancement of existing facilities.

Personal Involvement – Action: Management and design of landscape and site engineering.

Results: Client’s satisfaction exceeded and an AIA award was received for innovation, site development, and successful accomplishment of challenging program constraints including unique budgetary restrictions.

CSD attribute: Utilizes wonderful river views, provides very needed student housing and sensitively adjoins the original existing facility in an environmental preservation
