Choose from one of three ILD One-Day Landscaping packages for your “instant landscaping” project and then put our extensive expertise and experience to work. You can then sit back and enjoy the beautiful results of your new first impression!

While many home owners may wish to avail this to themselves, this effort is often an entry for developers and remodelers (aka ‘homeflippers’) to try ILD out. 

  • Keep it simple
  • Least cost possible
  • All major work to be done in a day
  • Focus on front yard (side yard possible too, only on corner lot)
  • ‘On site’ design with client if possible (No written plan)
  • Residential landscape only
  • Focus on hiring temp workers  (i.e. youth, unemployed and /or disabled persons or those with socioeconomic challenges in 2nd year)

‘Horticulturist’ – Best level

  • 2 – 12’ height -Deciduous trees (1 canopy tree and 1 half tree)
  • 12 – 12” – Deciduous shrubs (2 complimenting types)
  • 3 – 4’ height – Vertical (pyramidal) foundation evergreens
  • 7 – 24 inch diameter – Spreading evergreens
  • 1 – Evergreen (Christmas type) tree
  • Weed stop fabric under all plantings we install
  • 2-3- cubic yards of wood mulch

‘Gardener’ – Better level

  • 1 – 12’ height – Deciduous tree
  • 12 – 12” Deciduous shrubs (2 complimenting types)
  • 3 – 4’ height- Vertical (pyramidal) foundation evergreens
  • 7 – 24 inch diameter spreading evergreens
  • Weed stop fabric under all plantings we install
  • 2-3- cubic yards of wood mulch

  • 1 – 12’ height deciduous tree
  • 10 – 12” Deciduous shrubs (2 complimenting types)
